What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?
You'll need a valid Australian driver's licence (or international licence with an English translation) and a form of photo ID. We'll also ask for a contact phone number and email address at the time of booking.
How do I pick up and return the vehicle?
Pickup and return is from our location at 246 Central Street, Labrador QLD 4215. We'll arrange a specific time that works for you once the booking is confirmed.
Is there a minimum hire period?
Our minimum hire period is 1 day. We offer competitive rates for longer hires — just get in touch and we'll work out the best deal for you.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes! We understand plans change. Please contact us via email at Micexpressaustralia@gmail.com as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
Is fuel included in the hire price?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If not returned full, a refuelling charge may apply.
What payment options are available?
You can pay online securely with a credit or debit card when you book, or choose to pay on pickup. Online payments are processed through Stripe, and you'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
